Sailing can be a very useful tool for improving the relationship between the team and the Costa Brava is an ideal setting to enjoy a team building day or a corporate integration program. Our experience at the sea and in sports is applied to the organization of a day for workers, clients or family, stimulates motivation, integration and loyalty, allowing you to achieve important business objectives for the company. The practice of sailing maneuvers encourages cohesion and teamwork while enjoying an excellent day at sea.
Depending on the size of the group, a single sailboat or more will be manned; practicing manoeuvres, participating in club regattas or organizing our own corporate regatta among the different teams formed by crew and sailboat.
In addition to the sail, we can design any other tailormade corporate integration program, including other activities that we develope in our area of the Costa Brava and 'Empordà', including walks along the coastal path, mountain bike trails through ‘Les Gavarres’ hills, wine tourism or cultural visits to different towns in the region.
